6/9: Food Diary

Breakfast: 
  • Frosted Wheats 
Lunch: 
  • Scallops from Red Lobster
  • Broccoli from Red Lobster
  • 1/2 of mashed potatoes from Red Lobster
  • 3 biscuits... opps! They're just so delicious! 
  • Shrimp Skewer from Red Lobster 
Dinner: 
  • Popcorn chicken with fries (I cheated... I know)
Calories consumed: 1665/1840
Calories lost: 125 from Zumba
